Referral reward requirements

You must be a current Sawyer Health Solutions client with an active policy through an affiliated insurance company.
The referred person must become a new customer by purchasing an eligible participating plan, and that plan must remain in effect for at least 60 days.
The referral must be submitted no later than 90 days after the referred customer’s participating policy is issued.
A gift card is issued only after all eligibility requirements are verified and is subject to applicable law and program terms.
