Depending on your circumstances, you may be able to compare ACA Marketplace plans, private health insurance options, employer coverage, and supplemental coverage such as dental, vision, accident, or critical illness insurance. Availability and eligibility depend on factors such as your ZIP code, household, enrollment timing, and the plan’s rules.

Lee Health’s agreements with UnitedHealthcare are scheduled to end December 31, 2026. Beginning January 1, 2027, Lee Health may be out-of-network for some employer, individual, and Medicare Advantage plans. Your coverage may continue, but costs and access to care could change. Confirm your specific plan’s network with both Lee Health and your insurer before receiving care.
-
Search the insurance company’s provider directory using the exact plan name, doctor, and office location. Then confirm directly with both the provider’s office and the insurer. Networks can differ by plan, even when plans are offered by the same insurance company.
-
Yes. Self-employed people and small business owners can compare coverage options based on their household or business needs. Available choices may depend on factors such as location, income, household size, enrollment timing, and eligibility. A broker can help explain the options that may apply to your situation.
-
Useful details include your ZIP code, ages of the people needing coverage, household size, budget, preferred doctors, prescriptions, and coverage priorities. These details help narrow the options that may fit. Eligibility, rates, and availability depend on the plan and carrier.
-
No. Requesting a quote or plan review does not obligate you to enroll. You can ask questions, compare available options, and decide whether you want to take a next step.
-
Sawyer Health Solutions says clients do not pay an additional fee for enrolling with an agent or broker. Brokers may not represent every insurance company, so ask which options and carriers are included in your comparison.
